The survey of 1,048 California voters showed  that 60 % of population  support giving the Congressional  power to check  and potentially rejected  a nuclear contract with the Iranian regime.

Legislator  would have the ability to support or oppose the contract  with ratings for or against picking up congress imposed sanctions against  Iran.
